“Fort Rose Maple Company is a family owned and operated business. Specializing in the production of pure maple syrup and value added maple products. Maple Syrup is sold year round from the sugar house, seven days a week.
Complementing the maple operation is a Pancake House with a buffet style setting. Brunch includes pancakes, sausage, maple baked beans, coleslaw, muffins, fruit salad and pure maple syrup.
Pancake House is open every Saturday and Sunday starting the last weekend in February and the full month of March. During the week the Pancake House may be booked for group tours and breakfast meetings.
Tours of the Sugar House, sugar bush and family farm are accommodating to the whole family. The Sugar House is open for sales and tours year round, seven days a week. We have a large, gravel parking lot for easy access.”

We offer gift baskets, fresh eggs and produce “from Gwen’s Garden Produce” grown without chemicals garlic, green, yellow and burgundy beans, peas, lettuce, onions, Swiss chard, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, pumpkins, and more. All produce are grown without chemicals.
