“Bluewater Organic Farms is an Ontario Century Farm which has been owned and operated by the Bothwell family since 1862. Our farm has been certified organic since 1985 and is located within the Niagara Escarpment World Biosphere Reserve, near the shores of Georgian Bay.
Our temperate climate, fertile soils, and abundance of pure water produces plentiful harvests, high in nutrition and natural goodness. We are certified by Pro-Cert to the Canadian, NOP, European, Bio-Suisse and JAS organic standards, guaranteeing the quality of the crops we produce.
We presently produce, process, and deliver a variety of organic grains and oilseeds, with a sales emphasis on dehulled Oberkulmer Rotkorn spelt kernel. Please contact us for analysis or samples of our grains and inquire how we can competitively meet your organic spelt milling needs.”
